Villa
Jeanne is situated on the exclusive Cap d'Antibes just a few
minutes walk from the lovely La Garoupe beach. It is also
just a few minutes' walk from a supermarket and newsagents/cafe.
This 1930’s villa has been recently
renovated and has two double bedrooms with bath or shower.
The third bedroom, for children, has four beds (two high sleepers)
with an ensuite bathroom. In addition, there is an independent
studio with access to the main part of the property. The villa
is all on one level so it is very suitable for young children
and those who have difficulties with stairs.
The comfortable villa is beautifully decorated with high quality
materials and modern facilities allowing it to be enjoyed
the whole year round. There is central heating, a fireplace
and a heated swimming pool allowing its use throughout the
entire year. The pool area also has an outside shower with
warm and/or cold water.

Studio (3 beds)
The independent studio sleeps
three and has a separate bathroom with toilet, sink and shower.
The bedrooms and studio are also connected by a door but the
studio has also a separate entrance, ideal for aupair, grandparents
or guests.
Outside Areas
The garden is totally secured
by a wall and automatic gate for the car(s) and the vill
has a front porche. The swimming pool is covered by a deck
for childrens' safety and insulation of the water. The pool
is only 1.60m deep and has a nice easy stair in it that
also provides a sitting area. The pool is heated and there
is an outside shower.
In the garden you will find a big lounge corner with a beautifull
view into the Cap d’Antibes, a big dining corner and
next to the swimming pool you can relax on the sunbeds.
